Mods not showing up in the launcher -Also tried this whilst deleting all other workshop content apart from what is found in the 394930 folder where HoI4 Mods are found in steamapps.

As for recommended OS, it is Mac OS X 10. mod files being recreated in the HOI4 mod folder with current timestamps.
